The TJX Companies Inc., of Framingham, Mass., is recalling about 92,000 folding chairs due to an injury hazard. According to a May 5 recall alert from the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Vietnam-made TJX outdoor wooden folding chairs could break, causing the user to fall. TJX has received 18 reports of the chairs breaking or collapsing — 15 of which resulted in falls that caused minor injuries, including back injuries, neck injuries and cuts.
